RCS delivers pre-construction services, construction management, design/ build, and on-site management for multi-family, mixed use, and commercial projects. We have assisted past clients on numerous complex projects with all aspects of their projects including:
- Owner representation at weekly onsite Project/OAC meetings, providing direction and approval for design and construction teams.
- Weekly On-site project review including job walk, photos, contract document and change order review.
- Monthly review and approval of design and construction payment applications
- City & Public Works coordination and oversight
- Owner representation at key meetings with City officials
- Coordination & Approval of RFI's in conjunction with design team
- Monitoring of the project schedule including time management & controls.
- Monitoring of the project budget including all change order review and approval.
- Review of all contracts, bids, and overall buyout status
- Review of all in-process design changes
- Design and finish review including value engineering
- Auditing quality assurance/quality control procedures regularly
